About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing e-commerce and product branding business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of branded products and e-commerce solutions to business clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales, business development, or account management experience who is confident speaking with customers, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting the company’s e-commerce products and branding solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business customers.

  • Provide customers with advice on products and services that meet their business needs.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure sales in line with company objectives.

  • Manage customer accounts from initial enquiry through to order completion.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfilment.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer enquiries, quotations, and transactions in line with company procedures.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

  • Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management; or a relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills.

  • Good organisational and time-management abilities.

  • A proactive and target-driven approach.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commercial awareness and a strong focus on achieving results.

  • Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
